Beatrice Bivens, 81, of Summerville, widow of Zane R. Bivens died Sunday, May 3, 2009 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 10 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel, Summerville. Burial will follow at Summerville Cemetery.
Friends may visit at the funeral home from 6 until 8 o’clock this evening.
Flowers will be accepted.
Bea was born December 16, 1927 in Dorchester County, daughter of the late James and Julia Wyndham Driggers. She attended schools in Dorchester County. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She retired from Bosch as a machine operator.

1 daughter: Sandra Faye Bivens of Summerville]
1 granddaughter: Sharon Harris of Summerville
3 great grandchildren: Jennifer, Catherine and Shelby Harris all of Summerville.
2 sisters and 3 brothers: Ida Huff of Summerville, Janie Reeves of Summerville, Joseph Driggers of Summerville, William Driggers of Summerville and Randolph Driggers of Columbia.
Her loved ones: Derrick Morgan and Daniel Morgan both Summerville.
