Richard R. Read, Jr., 52, of Fairhaven, MA and New York City died July 6, 2003 at New York Presbyterian Hospital unexpectedly.
He was the husband of Elizabeth M. (Morse) Read and son of Carol (Ryan) Heron of Cross River, NY and the late Richard R. Read.
Mr. Read was born in Dallas, Texas and had lived in the New York City area most of his life.
He was employed as a financial analyst on Wall Street for many years.
Survivors include his wife; his mother; 3 sons, Aaron A. Read of New York City, Ryan R. Read and Connor M. Read, both of Fairhaven; a daughter, Aidan E. Read of Fairhaven; 2 sisters, Carol Read of Edgartown, MA and Victoria Read of Colorado.
He was the brother of the late Jonathan Read.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visiting hours in the Saunders-Dwyer Mattapoisett Home For Funerals, 50 County Rd., (Rt. 6) Mattapoisett, MA Wednesday July 9th from 4-7 PM.
His Funeral Service and burial will be private.
