Obituary

DRACUT - Walter L. Langlois, 89, a resident of Dracut, died Thursday April 30th at D'Youville Senior Care in Lowell. He was the husband of the late Doris M. (Dufault) Langlois.

He was born in Lowell on February 12, 1920, and he was the son of the late George and Mary (Perrault) Langlois. He received his education in Lowell schools.

Mr. Langlois served his country in the United States Army during World War II.

Prior to his retirement, he was employed for many years as a supervisor at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, MA.

He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Walter A. and Linda Langlois of Matthews, NC; a daughter Judith A. Osborne of Merrimack, NH; four grandchildren Kimberly A. Mailloux, Wendy Vaupel, Carolyn Hall, and Jacquelyn Vereb; nine great grandchildren; a sister Jeanette Charette of Seattle, WA; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to attend his memorial visitation at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, DRACUT, on Wednesday from 9 until 10 AM, followed by his Funeral Service at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery Chapel in Chelmsford. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to the Disabled American Veterans, P.O. Box 145447, Cincinnati, OH 45250-5447.
