Michael Borrelli a lifelong Needham resident died on Wednesday July 2nd at V.A. Medical Center in West Roxbury. He was 82 years old. Mr. Borrelli served with the 1st Division U.S. Army during World War II. He was the owner operator of the Borrelli Exxon in Newton Highlands for over 30 years, retiring in 1976. Mr. Borrelli was a member of the DAV and the Lt. Manson H. Carter VFW Post #2498 in Needham. The beloved husband of Mary T. (Heeley), he also leaves his children Anthony M. Borrelli of Franklin, Barbara B. Fucci of Natick, Teresa Rossi and Elizabeth C. Ross both of Franklin and the late Brenda M. Borrelli. He was the brother of Francesca Borrelli of Needham, Maryann Palladino of Holliston, Joseph Borrelli and Paul Borrelli both of Needham and the late Samuel, Patrick and David Borrelli. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren. Funeral from the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Avenue Needham on Monday July 7 at 9 Am followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Joseph Church at 10 AM.
