OXFORD____Halina (Mackiewicz) Wroblewski, 62 of Oxford, died Friday July 4 in St. Vincent Hospital at Worcester Medical Center, 20 Worcester Center Blvd., Worcester.
She leaves her husband of 40 years, Richard Wroblewski; a son, Ted J. Wroblewski and his wife, Tracey of Oxford; two daughters, Theresa Collins and her husband, Glenn and Diane H. Giorgio and her husband, Paul all of Auburn; her mother, Jadwiga Mackiewicz of Poland; her foster family that she raised, Barbara Davies of Wellesley; John Glab of Holbrook; Teresa Nawrotek of Paxton and Maria Hynes of Braintree; six brothers and sisters in Poland and five grandchildren. She was born and raised in Poland daughter of the late Michal Mackiewicz and came to Worcester in 1963 and has resided in Oxford since 1989.
Mrs. Wroblewski was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, Worcester.
The funeral will be held on Monday July 7 from Henry - Dirsa Funeral Home, 33 Ward St., Worcester with a Mass at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward St., Worcester. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. Calling hours in the funeral home are Sunday July 6 from 6 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, MGH Development Office, 100 Charles River Plaza Suite 600, Boston, Ma., 02114.
