Luis A. Sacoto, 68, Clarksville, died Monday, April 27. 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 12 noon Tuesday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Jamie Mandrell officiating. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
