Wanda Reynolds, 55, of Fitzgerald, Georgia died Friday, April 24, 2009 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held 2 P.M. Sunday, April 26 at the Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald with Rev. Chuck Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held 7-9 Saturday evening at the funeral home.
Mrs. Reynolds was born October 5, 1953 in Miami, Florida to the late Archie W. Crumpton and the late Hazel Howell Butler. She lived in the community since 1974 from Steinhatchee, Florida. Mrs. Reynolds was a homemaker and received her Certified Nursing Assistant training from the Nursing Home in Nashville. She was a former employee of the Life Care Center and Osceola Nursing Home.
She is survived by her children, Jennifer Greene, Patricia Duncan, Kayla Reynolds and Daniel Horne all of Fitzgerald; 3 grandchildren, Callie Reynolds, Ryan Matthews and Isaac Reynolds; brothers, Wayne Crumpton and Jimmy Crumpton both of Atlanta and Jerry Stetz of Ocilla; sisters, Diane Wade of Nashville, Polly Griffin of Lenox and Elizabeth Alexander of Jonesboro; step brothers and sisters, Eddie Flowers, Stan Flowers and Joyce Getchem all of Lenox as well as several nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James David Reynolds,a son, James David Reynolds, Jr., sister, Gail Alewine and her adoptive parents, Eugene and Juanita Stetz.
