Lillian (Salerno) Campanaro passed away on April 20, 2009. She was 84 years old.
Born in Boston, Lillian grew up in Charlestown where she attended school. After getting married, she lived in Medford for many years. Lillian had also resided in Florida for eleven years.
Lillian was the devoted wife of the late Nicholas Campanaro Sr., her husband of 45 years. She was the beloved mother of Loretta Ford of Florida, Nicholas Campanaro Jr. and Debra LaMattina of Malden and her late husband John. Lillian was the cherished grandmother of Nicole and John LaMattina, Denise Wixon, Lori Ford and Paul Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The Funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Saturday, April 25th at 11:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant Street, Malden at 12:00 p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Friday, April 24th from 4-8 p.m. Entombment in Holy Cross Mausoleum, Malden.
