Robert E. Coulman, a resident of Stoughton, formerly of Bonita Springs, Florida passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday April 11, 2009. He was 72 years old. He was the beloved husband of the late Patricia A. ( Rice ) Coulman to whom he was married to for over 47 years.
Mr. Coulman was born August 1, 1936 in Boston, Massachusetts. He was the loving son of the late Frederick E. and Doris ( King ) Coulman. He was a 1978 graduate of ITT TECH.
He was employed as a Machinist for the Pharmisol Company in North Easton, Massachusetts for over 32 years. He retired in 1999.
Robert was an avid Fisherman and enjoyed spending quality time at Lovers Key Beach in Florida.
He is survived by his two children, Kathy A. Ryder and her husband Gary of Stoughton and Jean M. Smidt of Bonita Springs, Florida. He was also the father of the late James F. Coulman. Other survivors include his 4 grandchildren, Mike, Patty, Jenny and Evie.
At his request, all funeral services will be private.
