Gillooly, Nancy E. lifelong resident of North Quincy, April 11, 2009. Beloved sister of William K. and Francis M. Gillooly both of North Quincy, John P. Gillooly of Hingham and Robert W. Gillooly of Plymouth. Loving aunt of several nieces and nephews. Also lovingly survived by 1 grandniece and 1 grandnephew.
Nancy was a graduate of North Quincy High School and Boston State College. Nancy was a teacher for the Quincy Public Schools for 36 years before retiring in 2003. Nancy spent her entire career at Squantum Elementary School where she was known for her dedication to teaching children. Nancy loved spending time with her family and close circle of friends. She enjoyed shopping online and the Home Shopping Club. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Life Celebration Service in Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, Thursday at 9:15 AM.
Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 10:00 AM.
Visiting hours Wednesday 4- 8 PM.
Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
