Eva Bell Riggins, 92, Clarksville, died Tuesday, April 10, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at Dotsonville Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Burial will be in Dotsonville Baptist Church Cemetery. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
