Sherry Denise Blaylock, 45, Clarksville, died Thursday, April 9, 2009, at her residence. The funeral will be held at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Brother Jamie Mandrell officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home. The remains are to be cremated. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was bron in Annistain Al. on Aug. 30, 1963, daughter of Sonny Blaylock and Marla K. Blaylock.She was preceded in death by her father Sonny Blaylock and one son David Ray Phillips. She was a waitress at Brunies. She is survived by her mother Marla K. Blaylock of Piedmont, Al., one daughter Miranda Phillips(Bennie Guin, Pat Hayes) of Clarksville, one brother Rob Blaylock of Piedmont, Al., one sister Theresa Pruett of Wellington, Al., three grandchildren, Daivid Kyle Phillips, Daniel Shane Reed and Adam Zachary Wade.
