Mary (Araujo) Rego, 98, formerly of Fall River, passed peacefully on Tuesday April 7th. She was born in Fall River on June 25, 1910 and lived most of her life in Plymouth on Standish Avenue. She had worked at the Plymouth Cordage Company and was the forelady of Brown & Clark Curtain Factory for many years. She was a loving, patient, and caring person who enthusiastically enjoyed life thru her family and friends. She will be deeply missed. She was the widow of Manuel Rego who died in 1999. Family members include beloved daughter Diamantina (deceased) and son Robert of New Hampshire; seven grandchildren, Mark, Liz, Chris, Kathy, Matthew, Jonathan, and Courtney; five great-grandchildren, Jared, Josh, Tina, Michael and David; four great-great-grandchildren, Jayden, Matthew, Jacob and Lauren. A private service was held on April 8th.
