OBITUARY
Fitchburg
Robert Henry StJohn, 77, of Fitchburg, died Thursday April 2, at the
Highlands Long Term Care Center.
Robert is survived by his brother and sister-in-law Raymond H. and Wanda
StJohn. of Fitchburg; his sisters Jeannette DeLogeof Leominster and
Pauline David of Fitchburg. Several nieces and nephews. His wife
Coranna (LaFlamme) StJohn died in 1989. His brother Francis StJohn and
his sisters Evelyn Zisk and Patricia Connors died before him.
Robert was born in Palmer, September 3, 1931, the son of Henry and Edna
(Antil) StJohn and moved to Fitchburg at and early age. He was employed
at the Anwelt Shoe Co. and Fitchburg Plating. He retired in 1980 due to
illness. Robert was a U.S. Army veteran and served during the Korean War.
Services with military honors will be held on Thursday April 9 at 10:00 A.M.
at the Massachusetts Veterans Cemetery Glenallen St. Winchendon, Ma.
