Survived by her loving brother in law Charles G. Waterhouse of Hull. Predeceased by her parents Anne J. (DesRoche) and Alphonsus W. Prendergast of Prince Edward Island and her sisters, Ruth P. Waterhouse and Eleanor P. Foley. She is also survived by nephew David A. Foley of Quincy and devoted caretaker Marie Nilind of Hull.
Ms. Prendergast was retired from the Commonwealth of MA Dept. of Education where she was the head of the High School Equivilancy Program and oversaw the nursery school system.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM, Monday at 10:30 AM prior to Mass.
Funeral Mass in Saint Paul's Church, Hingham at 11:30 AM.
Burial in Hull Village Cemetery.
