Antony DaShaun Moton, infant son of Thaddeus Moton and Sarahi Perez, Clarksville, died Thursday, March 27, 2009, at Blanchfield Hospital.
The remains are to be cremated.
No services are planned. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
