WORCESTER-Jacques E. Poulin, 60, of Worcester, died Friday, March 27th in UMass-Memorial Hospital. He leaves his wife of 37 years, Gloria J. (Watson) Poulin; a step-daughter, Jessica M. Barbale and her husband Gregory of Millbury; seven brothers, Paul Poulin of Coolidge, AZ, Jean-Luc Poulin of Sabbatus, ME, Claude, Marcel and Mark Poulin of Lewiston, ME, and Gaeten and Jean-Guy Poulin of East Angus, Canada; two sisters, Micheline Madore of Lewiston, ME and Gilberte Blais of Greene, ME; seven grandchildren; nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by a step-daughter, Kelly A. Paradise in 2008.
He was born in Canada, the son of Emile and Fernande (Poulin) Poulin and lived here for many years. Mr. Poulin and his wife owned a home cleaning service for many years. He had been a member of Adams Square Baptist Church and enjoyed the Worcester Summer Nationals, hot rods, bike riding and the beach.
The funeral is Wednesday, April 1st with a service at 10:00 A.M. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are from 4:00 until 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 31st in the funeral home.
