In Taunton, March 27, 2009 Lillian M. died after a period of failing health in Marian Manor Nursing Home at the age of 89. She was the wife of the late Arthur Rohl Jr. and was born in Taunton to her late parents George & Lillian (Hackett) LeVasseur. She has lived in Taunton since 2005 and on Stoney Brook Road in Raynham before that. Lillian attended Taunton schools and graduated from THS. She was employed for the Walker Co. in Middleboro and a clerk for many local physicians offices. Lillian was a member of various local church choirs, she enjoyed traveling, reading, music and loved being with her family. Lillian is survived by her brother Maurice W. LeVasseur and his wife Mary of East Taunton and her late siblings Robert and Edward LeVasseur and Joyce Pinto. Lillian also leaves several neices & nephews and cousins. Lillian was a member of St. Ann’s Church in Raynham and the former St. Joseph’s Church in Taunton. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Andrew the Apostle Church, St. Paul’s annex on Tremont St. on Wednesday, April 1, 2009. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours prior to the mass at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St. in Taunton from 9:30-10:30am. Interment in the National Cemetery in Bourne, Ma. Donations in Lillian’s memory be made to the Disabled American Veterans, P.O.
