WORCESTER-Judith Ann Daley (Monfreda), 66, of Worcester, died Friday, March 27th in Millbury Health Care Center. She leaves four sons, Christopher J. Monfreda and his wife Shelley of Fall River, Gerald F. Monfreda and his wife Donna of Rochdale, Nichlas J. Monfreda and his wife Antonetta of Boynton Beach, FL, and Michael J. Monfreda and his fiancée Kelly Monahan of Worcester; a daughter, Lisa A. Pascarelli and her husband Robert of Worcester; two brothers, Kevin Daley of Webster and William Daley of Northborough; a sister, Frances Cutty of Auburn; 11 grandchildren, Alicia, Gianna, Michael, Kailee, Nicholas, Alex, Meaghan, Timothy, Andrew, Eric and Emilie; nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by a sister, Mary Scales.
She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Francis and Alice (Houghton) Daley and graduated from St. Peter’s High School and attended Quinsigamond Community College and Worcester State College. Ms. Daley was a telephone operator for Bell Telephone, the Worcester Telegram & Gazette and Adcare Hospital. She was a member of St. Peter’s Church and volunteered at the Rape Crisis center and the Worcester Senior Center. Judith was a founding member of Model Cities and she enjoyed reading, music and she loved animals.
The funeral is Tuesday, March 31st from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, with a Mass at 10:00 A.M. in St. Peter’s Church, 931 Main Street. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery. Calling hours are from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Monday, March 30th in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, P.O.
