Cesaltina Gomes, 84 of Medford, died Thursday March 26, 2009 after a long illness.
Born in Portugal, she lived in Medford for the past 30 years and was the daughter of the late Carolina (Rodrigues) and Joao Ribeirinha.
Cesaltina was a Seamstress at Priscilla’s Bridal Gown in Charlestown for 40 years and retired in 1990.
Beloved wife of the late Laurindo Gomes. Devoted mother of the late John Gomes. Sister of Maria Coelho and her husband Francisco of Medford. Aunt of Ana Alexander and her husband Frederick of Reading.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Tuesday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Monday 5 to 7.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent in Cesaltina’s name to St. Jude Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
