Susan Marie Murray, 57, Cunningham, TN, died Friday, March 27, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 4 PM Saturday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. John Hester officiating. Visitation will be from 3 PM until the hour of the service Saturday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born July 10, 1951 in Erie, PA.
Susan was a member of Antioch United Methodist Church, Beta Sigma Phi Iota Lambda Chapter, and Former Woman of the Moose. She was a volunteer with the American Red Cross. She was preceded in death by her father, John Burin. Survivors include her mother, Elma Corder, Las Vegas; her husband, David Ray Murray, Cunningham; three sons, Michael Pope, Jr, Tustin, CA; Jason James Grant, Spokane, Washington;and Michael Murray, Honolulu, HI; a daughter Sheelagh Arnett, Redding, CA; a brother Jeffrey Burin, Las Vegas; mother-in-law, Sharon Black, Cunningham; and thirteen grandchildren.
