Nell Smith, 57, of Tifton died Saturday, March 21, 2009, at her residence. Graveside funeral services were held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2009, in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Rev. Terrell Roberts officiated.
Ms. Smith was born on April 23, 1951 and was the daughter of Mason Smith and Lucile Roger Smith, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Anne Chen. She was a retired nurse and of the Methodist faith.
