Loving father of Vera and her husband Michael Regan of Quincy, Deirdre and her husband Richie Moriarty of County Kerry, Ireland, Maureen and her husband Herbert Pitts of Quincy. Devoted brother of Patricia O’Brien of Ireland, Rev. Fr. Brendan Long of Ireland, Carmel Ryan of NY, Michael Long of Dartmouth, Ann Barrett of Ireland and the late J.J. Long. Also survived by 10 grandchildren.
