Mary M. Marino
MARY M.,age 83 of Essex, MD died Saturday, March 21, 2009 at Stella Maris Hospice. She was born in Coalport, PA on April 24, 1925. She was the daughter of the late John and Theresa Minacapelli. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed playing cards and bingo with her friends at the Essex CO-OP; she loved to bake cakes and was famous for her black walnut cake. Survivng her are children Mike Marino of Richmond, VA , Ed Marino and wife Heidi of Walkersville, MD, Joyce Marino of Phoenix, MD and Mark Marino of San Diego, CA, three grandchildren Joshua, Erynn and Philip, her brothers Charlie and wife Elizabeth Minacapelli of Baltimore, MD, Joe Minacapelli of Slidell, LA, and her sister Chris Smallwood of Vestal, NY and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. She will also be remembered by many friends, especially Barb Peco. She was preceded in death by her brothers Sam and Phil Minacapelli and sister Joann Schwartz.
Friends may call at the Funeral Home for a gathering on Thursday, March 26th from 10a.m. to 12p.m. at which time a Memorial Service will be held. Inurnment in Moreland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to Stella Maris Hospice, 2300 Dulaney Valley Road, Timonium, MD 21093.
