Lillian E. McDonald, of Pembroke, died suddenly on March 21, 2009. She was 85 years old. Mrs. McDonald was a former Silver Lake Junior High School cafeteria worker, and was also a former mall walker at the Independence Mall. Loving wife of Robert J. McDonald. Beloved mother of Charles Williams of Quincy, Judy Gagne and her husband Philip of Randolph, Robert P. Williams and his wife Dawner of Holbrook, Linda S. DeRoche and her husband Larry of Pembroke, James F. McDonald and his wife Eileen of Readville, and Daniel D. McDonald and his wife Julie of Bridgewater. Cherished grandmother of 10, and great grandmother of 2. Visitation will be held prior to the funeral mass at 8:30 AM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett St (Rt. 14) Pembroke. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph the Worker, 1 Maquan St, Hanson on Thursday, March 26th at 10:00 AM. Internment will be at Evergreen cemetery in Eastham.
