Obituary

Mr. Kenneth F. Blandin, Jr., of Middleboro and formerly of Attleboro and Taunton,
died Saturday, March 21 in the Tufts New England Medical Center, Boston, following a
brief illness. He was the husband of the late Adele (Bergeron) Blandin. He was born 79
years ago in Attleboro, the son of the late Kenneth F. and Rose (Rousseau) Blandin, Sr.
He was educated in Attleboro and had been a Middleboro resident for the past 25 years.
Prior to his retirement, he had been employed as an instrumentation specialist for the
Polaroid Corporation for 27 years, retiring in 1999. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the
Korean War, having served aboard the USS Sea Owl. Mr. Blandin was a Life Member
of the Attleboro Lodge of Elks. He was an amateur radio operator since 1948, and was an avid gardener and animal lover.

several other nieces and nephews
A Visitation will be held at The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay Street, Taun-
ton, on Wednesday, March 25 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited
to attend. Interment will be private. Expressions of sympathy in his memory may be
