William F. “Bill” Glennon, 69, of Boston, passed away March 18th at the Pine Knoll Nursing Center in Lexington. Born in and raised in Boston, he was the beloved son of the late William and Barbara (Connolly) Glennon. Bill was an employee at Gillette Company for many years. In his spare he time enjoyed fishing, target shooting and bow-shooting, reading stories and watching movies about gangsters. He loved to play Lottery scratch tickets. Whenever they visited, his sisters, friends and relatives would always bring a ticket for him to scratch. Bill was the dear brother of Madeline McInerney and her husband Robert of Woburn, Barbara Warner and her husband Robert of Winchester, and Mary Boyack and her husband Joseph of Leominster, and is also survived by many nieces and nephews. His Funeral will be held from the Costello Funeral Home, 177 Washington St. Winchester on Mon., March 23 at 9AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church, Winchester at 10AM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting Hours will be held today 2-5PM. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Winchester.
