LAKEVILLE — Faith K. Dunham, age 87 years, passed away on March 18, 2009, at Island Terrace Nursing Home in Lakeville.
Born in New Bedford, she was the daughter of the late Florence G. (Bushee) and Winthrop L. Dunham. Faith was born in the same house she lived in all of her life.
A member of the First Unitarian Church since 1938, she was a member of the Woman's Alliance and the East Freetown Grange.
A former employee of the Kay Windsor/Vanity Fair Outlet, she had been a Girl Scout Leader and Sunday School Teacher and enjoyed traveling, doing volunteer work and being with her loving family.
She is survived by her niece, Sandy (Dunham) Plissey and her husband, Jay of East Freetown; great nephews, Douglas Plissey and his wife, Shelley of East Freetown and Todd Plissey of East Freetown; a great niece, Jill Stonehouse and her husband, Russell of East Freetown; three great great nephews, Nate and Brad Plissey and Sean Stonehouse; and a great great niece, Katie Jay Stonehouse.
Faith was the sister of the late W. Keen Dunham and his wife, Velma.
It is suggested remembrances be made in her name to Market Ministries, 60 8th St., NB 02740.
Her funeral will take place in the Wilson Chapel on Friday, March 20th at 11 A.M., with visitation from 10-11 A.M., prior to her funeral. Burial is in Oak Grove Cemetery
