BOYLSTON-Sharon A. (Jones) Drew Harris, 65, of Boylston died Tuesday, March 17th in UMass Memorial Hospital. She leaves her husband of two years, Gerald R. Harris; her son, Steven R. Drew of Cherry Valley; two daughters, Deborah A. Kelley of Dudley and Kimberly L. Harney of Douglas; and seven grandchildren. Her first husband, William E. Drew, died in 2004.
Mrs. Drew Harris was born in Worcester, the daughter of William R. and Isabel C. (Carr) Jones and was a graduate of West Boylston High School. She was employed by Liberty Mutual as an administrative assistant for over 20 years. Mrs. Drew Harris was a long time member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Worcester and its Women’s’ Circle, a current member of the First Congregational Church of Boylston and a member of the Senior Citizens of Boylston. She enjoyed gardening and loved her animals.
The funeral is Tuesday, March 24th with a service at 10:00 AM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Monday, March 23rd from 6:00 until 8:00 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Senior Citizens of Boylston, 221 Main Street, Boylston, MA 01505.
