Joseph G. Smith Jr. age 53 of Danville, NH, died Sunday at his home surrounded by his family.
He was born in Munich, Germany, grew up and attended schools in Salem, NH. He was a resident of Danville for the past 25 years.
Joe was a truck driver for Clean Harbors in Woburn, MA. He was an avid golfer and sports fan, and enjoyed going to local sporting events. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Joe also served his country in the US Army.
He was predeceased by his father Joseph G. Smith Sr.
He is survived by his Wife: Cynthia (Minasalli) Smith of Danville
Daughter: Sarah Smith of Danville
Son: Drew Smith a student at University of California at Irvine
His Mother: Shirley (Murray) Smith of Danville
Brother: Wayne & his Wife Carleen Smith of Danville

Calling hours will be Tuesday, March 17 from 5-8 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St, Salem, NH
Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 18 at 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Burial will be in the late spring at Old Meetinghouse Cemetery, Danville.
