HUTCHISON, MARY ELIZABETH (MARTIN) BRANDT, 91, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2009.
She retired as a book encaser from the Printing House for the Blind.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hallie and Wilford Martin; husbands, William J. Brandt, Sr. and Louis K. Hutchison; daughter, Mary Laverne Bowling; brother, Wilford Howard Martin Jr; and sister, Yvonne O'Neal.
She is survived by her children, William J. Brandt Jr. (Margaret), Marilyn Joyce Brauckmann (John) and Jerry Brandt (Tami); sisters, Elvera Moseley, Ida Mae Burnett, Nedra McDowell, Lillian Nall and Joyce Rivera; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Her service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Millcreek Baptist Church Cemetery, Radcliff, KY.
Visitation is Friday 2-8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
