Miller, Josephine I., 104, of Louisville went to be with her Lord Wednesday March 11, 2009 at Oaklawn Health and Rehab Center.
She was the former Josephine Isbell, was born in Muhlenberg County, KY and lived in Sacramento KY with her husband for many years. She was a retired School teacher starting in a one room school house in Western Kentucky at age 17. She received her degree from Western, KY University and was a member of Jeffersontown Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Emmitt E. Miller.
Survivors are her daughter Sarah M. Snyder (Ronald),
a Granddaughter Rebecca Farris (Eddie),
Four Great Grandchildren.
Many thanks for years of loving care my mother received from her three caregivers Carolyn Paulley, Jo Ann Hopkins, and Karen Jones.
Her Funeral service will be Sunday March 15, 2009 2 pm C.S.T. at Sacramento Baptist Church, 15 Main St., Sacramento KY.
Burial will be at Bethlehem Cemetery Highway 175 in Bremen, KY.
Visitation will be from 3-6 pm Saturday March 14, 2009 at Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Rd.
