Obituary

Cheryl A. (Marcoux) Swift age 49 of New Boston, NH, formerly of Windham, and Salem, NH, died Sunday Morning at her home after a brief battle with cancer.

She was born in Methuen, MA, grew up and was educated in Salem, NH., and graduated from Salem High School in 1971. She was a resident of New Boston, NH for the past 2 years, formerly of Londonderry, NH, where she lived for 15 years, and Windham, NH, where she lived for 5 years.

Mrs. Swift was an I.T. Specialist for Phillips Electronics in No. Andover, MA. She was also a former School Bus Driver for the Town of Windham, NH, where she won the NH Annual Rode-E-O bus competition sponsored by the NH School Transportation Association in Concord, NH. She later went on to represent New Hampshire in the International Competition in Portland, OR, where she took 12th place.

Mrs. Swift loved gardening and interior decorating. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and enjoyed the ocean.

She is survived by her Husband: Douglas W. Swift of New Boston, NH

1 Son: Shawn C. Swift of New Boston, NH

1 Daughter: Jennifer E. Swift of Deerfield, NH

Her Mother: Helen Boynton of Windham, NH

2 Sisters: Sharon Philbrook of Windham, NH Patricia Gill of Methuen, MA

Several Nieces & Nephews

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 AM at St. Joseph Church, Salem, NH. Burial will follow in Cemetery on the Plain, Windham, NH.

Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home. 214 Main Street, Salem, NH.
