Dolores C. (Agri) Giannelli, of Reading and Boynton Beach, Florida died unexpectedly, Friday in Florida. She was 74.
Dolores was born in Boston, the daughter of the late Lucio and the late Angelina (Carbone) Agri. She was raised in East Boston and the North End. A Medford resident for several years before settling in Reading 49 years ago, she and her husband Fred enjoyed wintering in Florida for the past 18 years. Devoted to her family and friends, Dolores was also involved in several charitable organizations throughout her life.
She was the beloved and devoted wife of Fred Giannelli with whom she shared 52 years of marriage. She was a loving mother to Karen Feldman and her husband Steven of Stoneham, Fred Giannelli II of Salem, Dina Greenwald and her husband Martin of Northborough. She was the beloved grandmother of Jason and Dustin Feldman, Riley and Chase Greenwald. She was a dear sister to Joyce Colvario of Boston and Naples FL, Lorraine Agri and her husband Jim Stevenson of Southbury CT. Dolores also leaves many cherished nieces, nephews and friends.
Her funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Thursday at 10 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner Street, Medford, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family Wednesday from four through eight.
