Carol A. (Linden) Rossi, of Ocala FL, formerly of Somerville died Saturday at Brockton Hospital. She was 72.
Carol was born and raised in Somerville, the daughter of the late Arthur and the late Lillian (Orr) Linden. Carol attended the Little Flower School and graduated from Somerville High. She worked for many years as a clerk in Suffolk County Court. For the past few years she and her husband Rocco enjoyed their retirement living in Ocala, Florida.
She was the beloved wife of Rocco F. Rossi. She was a devoted mother to Linda Rossi of Salem, NH, and Judith Rossi Fumicello and her husband John of Brockton. She was a loving grandmother to seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was the dear sister of Edna Chaisson of Randolph, and Lorraine Coughlin of Reading.
Her funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Wednesday at 9 AM, followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner Street, Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Tuesday 4 - 8. Services will conclude with burial at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
