Joni M. Rienzo, 51, of Londonderry, NH, died Friday, March 6, 2009 in the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA. Joni was born in Boston, MA on July 22, 1957, a daughter of Joanne (Flood) Curran and the late William A. Curran. She was a resident of Londonderry since 1993, formerly living in Raymond, NH. Joni was a graduate of Norwood High School in Norwood, MA, Class of 1975. What she enjoyed most, was spending time with and caring for her family.
In addition to her mother of Norwood, MA, she is survived by her husband, Peter I. Rienzo of Londonderry; three sons, Christopher Rienzo of Londonderry, Nicholas Rienzo currently serving in the US Marines, and Sean Rienzo of Londonderry; one sister, Maureen Caulfield and her husband John of Norwood; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours were held on Tuesday, March 10th from 4 - 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. Funeral services were held on Wednesday at 10:00am in the funeral home, followed by cremation. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities, Attn.
