DRACUT - Francis J. "Frank" Paquette Jr. , 50, of Dracut, died unexpectedly after a lengthy illness, Sunday March 1st at his home.
Born in Oceanside, Long Island, NY on October 4, 1958, he was a son of Jean (Radziminski) Paquette of Dracut and the late Francis J. Paquette Sr. He received his education in the Dracut school system and was a graduate of Dracut High School class of 1976.
In his early years Mr. Paquette had worked at local dairy farms. For the majority of his career he was employed as a Diesel Mechanic, first by Charles George Trucking Company formerly in Tyngsboro, then by Browning Ferris Industries (BFI) and most recently by Waste Management in Woburn.
He was a communicant of St. Francis Church in Dracut.
In addition to his mother, he is lovingly survived by two daughters Elizabeth (Paquette) Niemaszyk and her husband Steven Niemaszyk of Derry, NH and Laura Paquette of Dracut; one son Stephen Paquette of Dracut; four grandchildren Alyssa, Matthew, Bradley and Colin ; three sisters and brothers-in-law Theresa and her husband Richard Geoffroy of Dracut, Genevieve and her husband William O'Grady of Goffstown, NH, and Jacqueline and her husband Shawn Duggan of Derry, NH; two brothers Stanley and Thomas Paquette both of Dracut; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at DRACUT FUNERAL HOME 2159 Lakeview Avenue, DRACUT, on Wednesday from 4 until 8 PM. His Funeral will be held from the funeral home on Thursday at 8 AM followed by his Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 9 AM in St. Francis Church, Dracut. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford.
