Justin Wayne Brown, of Isle of Palms, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2009 in an automobile accident.
At 19 years old, Justin enjoyed life to the fullest. He was born in Hamilton, Bermuda on May 24, 1989 and grew up in Goose Creek. He was a graduate of Stratford High School. He began working in the family business, Double B Trucking & Logistics, Inc., as a young child. He was always busy doing anything that needed to be done before finding his nitch in the warehousing sector of the business. He was the perfect match and became a loved and respected figure. While mature and responsible at work, he also had a love for life.
Known by his friends as “DooDoo Brown”, Justin brought laughter and love into their lives daily.
He will be sadly missed by his parents: H. Wayne Brown and Rachelle Edmonds Brown of Isle of Palms, SC; Sister, Lyndsay Burns and her family of New Hope, SC; Grandmothers, Beatrice Haseldan and Ann Edmonds both of Florence, SC and many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Charleston Animal Society, 2455 Remount Road, North Charleston, SC.
The family will receive visitors Tuesday afternoon from 2 o’clock until 8 o’clock at #5 28th Avenue, Isle of Palms, SC.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at 6 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel, Summerville. Friends may visit at the funeral home from 5 o'clock until the hour of service. Burial will be private.
