Ellen B. Boland, 50, passed away at home in Malden on February 28th, 2009. She was born in Winchester on March 27th, 1958 to her parents William J. and Elinor (Flynn) Boland. Ellen has been a life long resident of Malden. She is a graduate of Malden High School, Class of 1976. For the past 18 years she worked as a Manager at Stop & Shop in Malden. She is survived by her siblings; William J. Boland Jr. and his wife Elizabeth of Malden, Larry Boland of Gloucester, Daniel J. Boland of Revere and Christine M. Boland of Medford . She is also survived by her nieces and nephews Kim, Lizzie, James and Joseph Boland. Relatives & friends are invited to attend her funeral from the Breslin Funeral Home, 610 Pleasant St., Malden on Wednesday March 4th at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden at 9 AM. Interment is private. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday March 3rd from 4-8 PM.
