Helen M. Pressler, 94, Clarksville, died Thursday, February 26, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Mike Guertin, Rev, Don Sensing and Rev. Dr. Karen Barrineau officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of the service Saturday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born July 25, 1914 in Dotsonville, TN daughter of Thomas R. Moore and Tennie Martin Moore. She was a member of Port Royal United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Maurice Winfield (Sport) Pressler; and a sister, Margaret Buckner. Survivors include a son, Thomas Pressler (Margie); a daughter, Elaine Nicholson (Ronnie); sisters, Mabel McKinney and Barbara Gambill; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and caregivers, Dorothy Biggar, Patricia Robusky, Karen Crenshaw, and Ora L.
