WORCESTER____Paul F. Dalton, Sr., 74, of Worcester, died peacefully at home on Tuesday, February 24, 2009. His loving wife, Mary Ann (Bulak) Dalton was at his side. Paul and Mary Ann enjoyed 20 happy years of marriage taking trips to Alaska and the Panama Canal. Their wonderful memories will keep their love alive.
He leaves his four children, Paul Dalton, Jr., of Millbury; Kathleen Dalton of Dudley; Janice Velasquez and Christine Rodriguez, both of Shrewsbury; two stepchildren, Carolyn Breault of North Grafton and Paul Belculfine of Shrewsbury; his brother, Charles H. Dalton of Leicester; four grandchildren, Jenny Rodriguez, Shawntel Velasquez, Katie Rodriguez and Amber Velasquez, and two step grandchildren, Nicole Breault and Kevin Breault.
Paul worked 28 years for David Clark Co., and 10 years for Wirefab, Inc., before retiring in 2005. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the Froshinn Club and the Veteran’s of Foreign Wars.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a calling hour Friday, February 27 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward Street. The funeral Mass will be held following the calling hour at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward Street. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to VNA Care Network Hospice, 120 Thomas St., Worcester, Ma., 01608.
