METHUEN — Stanley Chojnacki, 85, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009 at his home in Methuen.
Born and educated in Warsaw Poland, he moved to United States at the age of 24. He was the son of Lucien and Jane (Kucinski) Chojnacki. He was a cabinet maker by trade and enjoyed woodworking in his shop at home. He also enjoyed traveling.
He is survived by his wife Malgorzata (Kmieciak) Chojnacki of Methuen. He is also survived by his son Richard Chojnacki of Haverhill, step- daughter Kasha Przybylska and step-son Domenic Gibert also of Methuen, five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Stanley also leaves his long-time and best friend Frederick Flather of Andover.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends may call on Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc., 233 Lawrence St., Methuen. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 9 a.m. at St. Monica's Church in Methuen with burial to follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence.
