Devoted wife of the late Santos Libran, Sr. Beloved mother of Awilda Lopez of Lynn and her husband Ismael of Beverly, Ramon Libran and Naomi Libran both of Chelsea, Santos Libran, Jr. and his wife Lauren of Revere, Marisol Cedeno and her husband Marino of Lynn, Jeffery Quiles of Chelsea and Omar Quiles of Peabody. Sister of Anna, America and Alicia Quiles all of Puerto Rico, Agustin Quiles of New York, Artemio Quiles of Rhode Island and the late Carmen, Jose and Adelaida Quiles. Cherished grandmother of Ingrid, Angela, Christopher, Felicia, Chimia, Eliana, Anthony and Alessandra and great grandmother of Giovanni and Jaedon. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, CHELSEA on Monday, February 23rd at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Rose Church, 600 Broadway, CHELSEA at 9 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Sunday from 3-7 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
Born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico and coming to Chelsea in 1967, Isabel, at 68 years of age, passed away at the Chelsea Health Care Center after at 3 month illness.
