MARTIN, JOANN S.
JoAnn S. Martin, 62, of Summerville, wife of Leonard T. Martin, died Friday, February 13, 2009 at her residence.
Family and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at 1 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel, 303 S. Main Street, Summerville. Burial will follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Road, Summerville. A visitation will be held Monday evening at the funeral home from 6 until 8 o’clock.
Mrs. Martin was born April 14, 1946, in Dublin, GA, daughter of the late James V. Simmons and Lucielle L. Horton Smith. She was a homemaker.

Survivors, including her husband, are two daughters; Cathy A. Bush (Greg) and Mechelle M. Cooper, four grandchildren; Michael T. Bush, Dwayne R. Cooper, Christina A. Bush and Angelia M. Cooper, one great grandchild; Sammi Chen, one niece; Jennifer Hurst and one nephew; Christopher Hurst and two sisters; Sandra G. Schultz and Voncile H. Stoner. She was predeceased by one son; Leonard Dwayne Martin.
