Elsye I. Billings, age 78, died Thursday afternoon, February 12, at Saints Medical Center in Lowell.
She leaves three children, Rita S. Jutras of Tewksbury, Francine I. Brooks of The Villages in FL, and Frank Billings of Tewksbury.
Visiting hours will be held Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. followed by her funeral service in the funeral home at 4 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, February 15. Following cremation, interment will be in Tewksbury Cemetery.
