TEWKSBURY: Anne D. (Hill) Sepavich, age 69, a resident of Tewksbury for the past 8 years, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 11, 2009, after successful bouts with cancer and a lifelong battle with rheumatoid arthritis.
Ma Sep, as she was lovingly referred to by her family, was born in Cambridge on October 8, 1939, one of ten children of the late William and Veronica (Marcinkiewicz) Hill.
Anne was raised in Cambridge, attended Cambridge schools and was graduated from the Sacred Heart High School.
In her early years, she was employed by the General Electric Company. Upon the birth of her children, she dedicated her life to her family.
Anne resided in Stoneham for 24 years until moving to Tewksbury.
According to her children, she was an avid gardener, loved visiting the beach and playing the daily numbers game. In addition, she loved spending time with her loved ones.
She is survived by four children, Dennis M. Sepavich and his wife Donna of Charleston, SC, Thaddeus J. Sepavich and his wife Linda of Lynn, Anne V. Sepavich of Tewksbury and Michael T. Sepavich of Stoneham; one granddaughter, Angelina Sepavich; four brothers, Bernard Hill of E. Cambridge, John Hill of Sarasota, FL, Edward Hill of Arizona and Lawrence Hill of Clearwater, FL; two sisters, Barbara Farrell and her husband William of Kingston, NH and Claire Crowley and her husband Paul of Tewksbury; also many nieces and nephews.
Anne was the sister of the late Mary Melanson, William and Leonard Hill.
Calling hours Sunday, Feb. 15, 4-8 p.m., at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury. Funeral Monday, Feb. 16, at 9 a.m. from the funeral home, followed by her Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Dorothy’s Church, Main St., Wilmington. Interment at Wildwood Cemetery.
