Augusta, GA - Ms. Vickie Van Buren May, 54, entered into rest on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at her residence.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Rev. Frankie May officiating.
Survivors include her two sons, James L. May, Jr., Jonathan S. May all of Augusta; one brother Lee Van Buren of Atlanta, GA; one sister, Patsy McClendon of Augusta; and four grandchildren, Ayron May, Jacob May, Katelynn May, Landon May.
She is preceded in death by her father and her mother, the late Bowdre Van Buren and the late Mrs. Louise Van Buren, and one brother the late Raymond Van Buren.
Ms. May worked for University Hospital for 25 years.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 9, 2009 at Platt's Crawford Avenue from 7:00 until 9:00 PM.
