Joseph Robert Billings of Lowell, Mass. The beloved husband of Pauline R.(Normandin) Billings passed away after a lengthy illness at home surrounded by his family.
Joe was employed for many years with the United State Postal office, a veteran of Vietnam War, and most of all he was a caring, loving, incredible, giving husband and father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend that the world could only imagine.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and dog max – a million. He enjoyed working around his house, in the yard, on his car and especially building things with all his tools. He loved life…
He survived by three daughters Lisa and her husband Robert Leduc, Christine Wahlgren and longtime boyfriend Michael LaCourse, Joan Billings and her boy friend Kevin Martineau and one son Leonard Wahlgren Jr. and longtime friend Robert Forgione. Also survived by eight grandchildren Joseph Wahlgren, Andrew Wahlgren his wife Megan, Jeff Hamilton, Joshua Wahlgren, Jessica Wahlgren, Ginny Teague, Jennifer Desrosiera, Andrew Desrosiera Jr. And great grand daughter Haylie Marie Wahlgren
