Obituary

Eleanora DeLucia, a long-time Medford resident, died unexpectedly Wednesday, She was 90.

Eleanora was born in Boston, daughter of the late Rocco and Carminella (Coletta) DeLucia.
A Medford resident for most of her life, Eleanora worked as a book keeper until her retirement. Eleanora was devoted to her family and was a devout member of St. Joseph Parish. A good neighbor, generous friend and loving sister and aunt, she will be missed by all who knew her.

She was the beloved sister of Frank DeLucia and his wife Thelma of Medford, the late Anna DeLucia, Joseph DeLucia and his late wife Pauline. She was a loving aunt to many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Saturday at 10:30 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family Saturday morning from 9 to 10:30. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent in Eleanora’s name to St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford, MA 02155.
