Edna D. (Bousquet) Rando, 79 years of Brockton died Friday January 30, 2009 at the New England Sinai Hospital, Stoughton surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Francis J. Rando, Sr. Born, raised in Brockton, a daughter of the late William and Margaret (Denote) Bousquet. She was a lifelong resident of the city. She had been an assembler for the Foxboro Company, E. Bridgewater for more than ten years and retired almost twenty years ago; she also worked partime for Bradlees in Brockton in the fitting room.
Mrs. Rando was a very effervescent, honest, generous and a very loving individual, who cared for others right to the end. She was also a great animal lover and New England Sports fan. Mrs. Rando in her younger years enjoyed swimming and skating, by most of all dancing through out the Brockton area with her husband. She will be greatly missed by her family she loved so much.
She is survived by her children, Robert D. Bousquet and his wife Robin (Towne) of Hanson, Francis J. Rando, Jr. and his wife Antonia (DeChristopher), Tina M. Vella and her husband Gerard, and John F. Rando all of Brockton, her grandchildren, Nicole, Christina, Anthony, Andrea , Nicholas and Tania; two sisters, Virginia Susi of Brockton and Lorraine O’Donnell of Whitman; her brother George Bousquet of CT; two Godchildren Michelle Kaplan and Kevin O’Donnell. Also survived by several loving nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Marie Bozoian, Donald and Frank Bousquet.
Following cremation a graveside service will be held at a later date.
